A 12-month pathway to lead technical and operational excellence.
The Management Trainee (MT) Program is Taka Group's signature accelerated pathway designed to develop high-potential graduates into agile, future-ready leaders. Built on the foundation of our SIGAP culture, the curriculum immerses participants directly in strategic operations, commercial delivery, and technical engineering.
Over the course of 12 months, trainees rotate across specialized subsidiaries, participate in executive mentoring, and lead real-world projects that drive company performance and technological advancement.

Mechanical & Industrial Engineering
Focused on rotating machinery, turbomachinery maintenance, workshop precision manufacturing, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
Track 02 • Geomatics & Electrical
Geodesy & Electrical Engineering
Focused on marine survey positioning, bathymetric mapping, spatial data management, electrical instrumentation, and shipboard power distribution systems.
Track 03 • Maritime & Naval Architecture
Marine, Shipping & Naval Systems
Focused on geotechnical vessel readiness, fleet operations, marine electrical equipment, port logistics, safety compliance, and offshore mobilization.
Track 04 • Corporate & Commercial
Accounting & Management
Focused on project cost control, commercial bids, financial reporting, corporate governance, strategic procurement, and organizational performance.

Who we are looking for in Management Trainee Batch XI.
We are seeking energetic, disciplined, and visionary early-career talents who are ready to learn, lead, and adapt to challenging environments across Indonesia.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (D4 / S1) from a reputable university in an eligible major.
Age & marital status
Single and no older than 26 at the time of application.
Academic performance
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, or equivalent.
Experience
Up to 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Languages
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Communication
Confident communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
Leadership
Involvement in co-curricular activities, student organizations, or leadership roles.
Mobility
Ready to work across Taka Group offices, vessels, workshops, and project sites in Indonesia.

Document Screening
Comprehensive review of educational background, GPA, age eligibility, and co-curricular achievements by the Talent Acquisition team.

MCU & Final Offering
Medical Check-Up validation and formal Management Trainee contract offering before program commencement.
